This is a unique handmade puukko (Finish type of knife) from the artisan Eerikki Laakso, aka. Kuksaparooni in Enontekiö. Eerikki has been making handicrafts from wood for over 40 years.

The knife has a wooden handle with main material from curly birch, and includes a stripe of reindeer antler. The sheath is made of different kinds of wood, leather, and reindeer antler, and has an engraved willow ptarmigan. The knife has a loop made of leather and can be attached to a belt. Hidden on the back side the artist's signature is engraved

The blade is made of carbon steel by the Finnish Laurinmetalli manufacture, and has a length of 10.5 cm (from the tip to the shaft).

Total length of the knife (including handle) is 22 cm.
